Subscription policy
By subscribing, you agree to receive automatic recurring shipments of your chosen ÉROSIA products at the delivery frequency you select. Your payment method will be billed automatically on each renewal date.
How It Works
- Select your product, delivery frequency, and payment method.
- Your subscription will renew automatically at the set interval.
- You’ll receive an email notification before every renewal so you always know when your next charge is coming.
Billing
- Your payment method is charged on each renewal date.
- If a payment fails, we’ll automatically retry several times before pausing your subscription.
- Pricing may change over time, but you’ll always be notified before any updates take effect on your next billing cycle.
Shipping
- Subscription orders are processed automatically and shipped with priority handling.
- Shipping is always FREE, just like regular orders.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Modify Anytime
You can update your subscription at any time, including:
- Delivery frequency
- Next shipment date
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Product quantity
Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next renewal.
Pause or Cancel Anytime
- You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with one click.
- Be sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
- Subscription orders follow the same refund rules as standard purchases.
- We do not offer refunds for processed subscription charges.
- If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of receiving your package. Damaged items are only eligible for a store-credit refund, issued as a digital ÉROSIA gift card equal to the amount paid for the damaged item(s).
- If the product didn’t work for you, you may request a money-back refund within 30 days of purchase (not store credit).
Price Changes
If product or shipping prices change, you’ll receive an email notification at least 10 days before the update applies to your subscription.
